All technological operations used during pipe end shaping or drilling require so-called microlubrications. NADODRZE Sp. z o.o uses a highly effective rinsing and blowing process for all of its products to guarantee adequate internal cleanliness levels of manufactured components.
The rinsing process takes place in professional ultrasound baths, and all products are dried in a dry air stream.
This technology has been validated and important process parameters that need to be monitored have been defined, and so internal cleanliness levels can be maintained according to client requirements, as dictated by the DIN 8964-1 standard.
The internal cleanliness parameter is confirmed by an accredited laboratory and with a test report. The tests are performed regularly.
