The soldering processes used by NADODRZE Sp. z o.o ensure element cleanliness by using a volatile flux, preserving the external cleanliness of soldered elements.
Soldered joints are made under nitrogen (the nitrogen is introduced into the inside of the pipe during soldering).
The solder used in our joints conforms to client documentation.
Gas parameters are strictly specified and observed. All specified process parameters are systematically validated and confirmed with internal cleanliness test results obtained from an accredited laboratory.
This monitored process guarantees very high tightness of completed joints.
