Pipes requiring a particular shape are bent using CNC bending machines. These devices adapt the shape of the pipes to the requirements of the client.
These machines allow the pipe shape and outline to be designed quickly using the machine’s software, enabling us to cooperate with clients regarding new start-ups and quick production of trial batches for newly designed devices.
All pipes have their shape checked for conformity using a specially prepared test setup, and are subjected to functional tests using units provided by the clients.
If the pipe shape does not allow the element to be manufactured using a CNC device due to technical reasons, we can provide a manual bending device that also meets the specified requirements.
